Opening hours
Bar service every Thursday and Friday from 5 to 10 pm.
Every Thursday and Friday the brewery opens its doors to the public between 5pm and 8 pm, where customers can enjoy drinks in Dr. Brauwolf’s cosy taproom and also meet with some of the brewers. There are tastings and brewery tours available, where one can experience how, where, and by whom these craft beers are made.
Corporate events, birthday, or bucks party? No worries! The Dr. Brauwolf taproom offers space for up to 50 people and the taproom is an ideal place for a chill night amongst friends and colleagues.
Brewery tours
Brewery tours must be booked in advance and last between 30 and 45 minutes.
A guided tour during the opening hours costs 100.00 Fr. and up to 10 people can participate.
We recommend a beer tasting for 12.00 Fr. (4x1dl) or 30.00 Fr. (6×2,5dl) per person.
White wine, gin and soft drinks are also available at the bar.
Finger food (antipasti, salami, fruits, vegetables, naan breads and dips) can be ordered from 10 people for 200.00 Fr.
You can also individually order local pizzas from the Pizza Binz restaurant directly at the bar.
Private events outside opening hours:
– Groups of up to 15 people cost 180.00 Fr. per hour for staff and room rental.
– Groups of 15-50 persons cost 240.00 Fr. per hour for staff and the room rental.
