Born in Austria in the mid-1800s, Vienna lager nearly vanished, but Austrian brewers in Mexico kept it alive, adding local corn for a lighter, crisper body.
Today, Mexican amber lagers are living history. Our 4.8% vol. Mexican Amber Lager marries smooth Vienna tradition with a golden, refreshing twist – malty, toasty, unforgettable.

Ahoi Hill Collab DDH Double IPA
Fresh on tap: Wolftopus! Brewed together with our friends from Ahoi Hill – an 8% DDH Double IPA that puts New Zealand’s Motueka hop in the spotlight. Renowned for its bright lime and lemon-zest notes, it adds a crisp, lively freshness. Layered on top are El Dorado, Mosaic & Citra, bringing juicy waves of mango, pineapple and stone fruit. Rounded out with wheat & oats for a silky, creamy mouthfeel. Hazy, juicy and bursting with hop character.

Clean, bright, and unmistakably Swiss – Origin Lager is crafted using only Zurich-grown ingredients: 100% Pilsner malt from AhoiHill, Tango hops from Hopfentropfen in Stammheim, and the classic Swiss S-189 lager yeast from the historic Hürlimann brewery. This crisp, dry-hopped lager with 30 IBU bitterness with delicate floral, herbal, and citrus notes, all resting on a soft, bready backbone of Swiss Pilsner malt that lets the hops shine without overpowering. Brewed to celebrate UEFA Women’s Euro 2025 in Switzerland, Origin Lager is a tribute to precision, balance, and the beauty of local craftsmanship – a refreshing sip of Swiss pride.

Collab Badin
Bold, juicy, and wildly expressive – this Kveik IPA was brewed with BÅDIN Bryggeri from Norway and is bursting with tropical flair. Fluffy oats and wheat lay down a soft, hazy base, while a dynamic hop combo of Mosaic, Azacca, Nelson Sauvin, and Chinook delivers waves of pineapple, mango, citrus and stone fruits. Fermented with Norwegian Kveik yeast, it brings subtle esters and a clean, dry finish that keeps things vibrant and drinkable.

India Pi Ale
3.14… it’s Pi-day! March 14 marks Pi-day and we’re celebrating with a new take on our I Pi A – Hopfenweisse with 6% ABV. An updated malt bill with pale, wheat, oat and chit malt creates a soft and creamy mouthfeel. The German wheat yeast (Fermentis W-68) delivers classic banana notes that harmonise with the intense fruitiness of our hop selection. We’ve revamped the hop profile with Nelson Sauvin, Mosaic, Citra, and Idaho 7, bringing an explosion of passionfruit, mango, stone fruits, guava, citrus, and grape. The result? A refreshingly juicy and flavourful twist on the traditional wheat beer. New year, new Pi – stay thirsty!

This year, the „Röstigraben“ series takes us to Jura and our friends at BlackPig! Switzerland is a land full of orchards and we pay it with a fruity tribute with a „Farmhouse Ale,“ also known as a Saison. With malt from our neighbors at Malticulture, it’s pure Jura – well balanced by the sweetness of the fruit!
